Role Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a critical member of the Luna Grill team, responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Flower Mound, TX location. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and mentoring staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. The AGM collaborates with the General Manager to manage inventory, oversee scheduling, and implement company policies to achieve business goals. The role also includes monitoring team performance, problem-solving in a dynamic environment, and helping to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and employees.
