Luna Data Solutions is seeking an IT Inventory Technician for a client in SE Austin.
Long term contract, 12 months initially will extend
Location SE Austin
100% onsite
- Receive IT equipment and other shipments in the IT Depot, check it off against PO’s that we have and get it to the appropriate group.
- Report any discrepancies. Be responsible for keeping the depot clean and organized.
- Responsible for where items are stored.
- Work with Support Services Division on storage in the warehouse.
- Assist with pulling items for IT teams and ship as needed.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, inventory software and management.
Required Experience
- 4 years of inventory management experience.
- 4 years of utilizing personal computers and the use of applicable programs/systems.
- 4 years of ability to operate information technology systems, to communicate effectively, and to train others.
- Overall understanding of IT System hardware.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to move and lift items up to 50 lbs.
