Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Therapist located in Riverton, UT. The Program Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The therapist will also facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Skills in facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensure in the state of Utah as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Experience working with youth populations is preferred
