What you’ll do (the work that matters)
- Four-handed dentistry that keeps the doctor in “flow”
- Turn rooms like a pro: setup → breakdown → sterilization (logs spotless)
- Take diagnostic x-rays, scans, impressions; assist with temps, isolation, photos
- Rock-solid chairside notes and clean handoffs to TC/FD/Doctor
- Manage op readiness, supply checks, and same-day dentistry opportunities
- Keep patients calm, informed, and cared for, start to finish

You’re a great fit if you…
- Have 1 year chairside dental assisting experience
- Hold EFDA certification
- Love systems, checklists, and clean ops (Open Dental experience a plus)
- Communicate with warmth, own your role, and solve problems early
