Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe and manage medications, treatments, and therapies
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options
- Provide counseling and support to patients for lifestyle modifications and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and guidelines
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
