Job Summary
The BH Peer Mentor works collaboratively with licensed mental health clinicians to provide participant-centered, recovery-oriented peer support services in a community mental health setting. The Peer Mentor will use their lived experiences to foster hope, resilience, and skill-building for community members engaged in mental health treatment. This role emphasizes culturally sensitive, strength-based support, connection to community resources, and advocacy. This position requires flexibility in work hours to accommodate program needs and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary : $38,262 - $54,539
