- JOB SUMMARY**: The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) provides inpatient secure withdrawal management, medical stabilization, and treatment services to adults with substance use disorders within the Lummi Secure Withdrawal Management and Stabilization (SWMS) program.
The ARNP also participates in the SWMS rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours clinical decision-making and patient care needs.

- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions encountered during withdrawal management and stabilization.
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Prescribe, manage, and adjust medications used in withdrawal management including medications for opioid, alcohol, sedative-hypnotic, and stimulant withdrawal in accordance with program protocols and Medical Director oversight.
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Monitor and manage medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), including assessment of response, adverse effects, and stabilization planning.
