Role Overview
Lumio Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business development across the Eastern United States. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities within community financial institutions. The Regional Sales Executive will own the territory strategy, including market planning, prospect targeting, and pipeline development. This individual will engage directly with executive leadership at banks and credit unions, leading consultative sales conversations that uncover business challenges and align Lumio’s solutions to measurable outcomes.
This is a self-directed role requiring a high level of initiative, accountability, and ownership. While supported by leadership, marketing, and internal resources, success in this role depends on the ability to independently generate opportunities, manage a disciplined sales process, and consistently execute against revenue goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with autonomy, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining momentum throughout longer, complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within community banks and credit unions
- Own and manage a full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to support consistent revenue generation
- Apply a consultative, diagnostic sales approach to understand client needs and position Lumio’s solutions effectively
- Manage longer, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision makers
- Meet or exceed annual new business sales quotas
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activity and pipeline progression
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Lumio Solutions, industry trends, and market needs
- Represent Lumio at industry conferences, events, and client meetings (travel required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Interest in or knowledge of community banks and credit unions
- Willingness to travel as needed
