As a Provider Experience Specialist, you will be a part of Lumio Dental's Recruiting Team. Your main focus will be to interact with prospective dentists and hygienists. You will be the main point of contact providing a concierge customized experience for prospective providers.
Our Ideal Provider Experience Specialist
Someone with hustle and drive, and exceptional communication skills. Our ideal Provider Experience Specialist must be able to travel up to 20% - 40%. Currently, the majority of our offices are located in Oklahoma. We also have offices in Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri with plans to expand. Those that are successful in the role have high attention to detail, collaborative, and enjoy professional travel. The home base for this position is in Jenks, OK. You will have the option of remote, in office, or hybrid.
Job-Specific Expectations:
- Recruits new hygienists and Dental Assistants and manages the relationship
- Conducts tours and site visits to our prospective hygienists of our offices, and surrounding areas
- Manages recruits visit, schedule and travel arrangements
- Works closely with Human Resources
- Works directly with Hygiene Director, Regional Managers, Office Managers, Partner Doctors and Clinical Directors to schedule office visits
- Works closely with Sr. Manager of University Partnerships for events i.e. lunch and learns, dinner and learns, vendor and career fairs
Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior recruiting experience, marketing, business development, and sales experience is a plus
- Dental knowledge is a plus PLUS
