Job-Specific Expectations:
- Manage HR company inbox
- Respond to basic employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with leadership and office teams to support daily HR operations
Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Detailed and process orientated
