Working Team Lead (Commercial Cleaning)
Cloud Cleaning is hiring a team lead for a multi-building commercial cleaning site. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who leads by example, works alongside the staff, and helps keep buildings running at a high standard.
This is not a sit-back management role — we are looking for someone willing to jump in, help clean, train employees in real time, and keep the team motivated while ensuring quality work is completed nightly.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside cleaning staff nightly to help complete tasks and maintain quality
- Coach, train, and support employees while on shift
- Lead by example with professionalism, work ethic, and attitude
- Inspect buildings and correct issues before leaving the site
- Ensure bathrooms, floors, trash, hallways, and common areas meet company standards
- Help manage staffing coverage and communicate issues to management
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires
- Ensure time clocks, checklists, and communication logs are completed properly
- Monitor supplies and report inventory needs
- Build strong relationships with both staff and clients
Qualifications:
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
- Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the shift
