Luminous Mind Foundation is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our Home Visiting Program. As a Home Visitor, you will empower caregivers, promote healthy early childhood development, and connect families with resources that make a lasting impact right in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, culturally responsive parenting support aligned with NM Home Visiting Standards
Conduct monthly in-home visits (90 minutes) with assigned families
Coach parents on child development, health, safety, and parenting strategies
Help families set and achieve short- and long-term goals
Connect families to vital community resources (healthcare, housing, early intervention)
Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Participate in training, team meetings, and reflective supervision
Uphold trauma-informed, confidential, and family-centered practices
Qualifications
Education: College/graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred; HS Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience accepted
Experience: Working with children (0–3), pregnant mothers, and families from diverse backgrounds preferred
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and comfort with both paper & electronic recordkeeping
Character: Compassionate, reliable, culturally sensitive, and committed to making a difference
Additional Requirements
CPR certification (within 90 days of hire)
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within assigned counties
Must pass ECECD-required background and clearance checks
Must reside in Doña Ana, Luna, Hidalgo, Otero, or Lincoln County
Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends as needed)
Pay: $18/hour
