Job Summary:
The Comprehensive Community Support Specialist coordinates and provides services and resources to individuals and families to promote recovery, rehabilitation, and resiliency in New Mexico. The Comprehensive Community Support Specialist focuses on key areas such as parenting skills, behavior management, independent living, learning, socializing, and recreation to help clients meet their personal goals.

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field from an accredited university with at least one year of relevant experience working with the target population
- Alternatively, an Associate’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with the target population
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with the target population
- Certification as a Peer or Family Specialist
- Valid NM driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record
- Willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment
- (Bilingual) is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must comply with a criminal background check required to work with children, including Fingerprint Clearance
