La Quinta Inn & Suites Morgantown is seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused Hotel Houseman to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall operation of our hotel. This role is essential in supporting both the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, and guest supplies throughout the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and meeting spaces.
• Remove trash and transport soiled linens to designated areas.
• Assist with room inspections and prepare guest rooms as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Help with light maintenance tasks and report maintenance concerns to management.
• Assist with laundry operations when needed.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.

• Previous hotel, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or GED, Strong math and data entry skills, Experience in hotel operations or bookkeeping is a plus, Comfortable working overnight alone & Basic computer literacy
