Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Kingsland is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out using the hotel property management system
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and process payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
