Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Floater to join our team with primary responsibility as a Front-Desk You will play a vital role in assisting our dental professional in providing quality dental care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for patient care.

Candidate with minimum 2-3 years experience as Front-Desk is required
Front-Desk Receptionist and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seeing-off patients, Scheduling appointments, Managing and following up on recalls, Handling multiple phone calls, and Managing phone/email/text communication with patients.
- Patient chart management, Patient care co-ordination, Insurance administration, Insurance eligibility verification and Treatment plan presentation.
Skills Required:
The candidate must have solid skills in Microsoft Windows based computers, be able to learn the Dental Management and other MS Windows software rapidly and utilize them for day-to-day responsibilities.
The candidate must be skilled with basic numerical calculations.
Additionally, prior Dental Assistant experience is preferred along with:
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or equivalent
- Completion of Infection Control, Radiation Safety and other DA certifications
Dental Assisting Responsibilities as a floater:
- Prepare patients and operatories for treatment, Take digital x-rays
- Provide chair-side and lab assistance, Sterilize dental instruments
- Perform weekly equipment testing and maintenance
- Perform basic laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models, fabricating temporary crowns, and taking impressions
- Follow all infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
Manage dental supply inventory, Perform other back-office duties as required
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Skilled in taking digital x-rays
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Basic understanding of medical imaging techniques used in dentistry
- Ability to assist the dentist during procedures by providing chair-side support
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
