What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate Brand Manager (P1), you’ll support our Brand Managers and Directors while learning how to own the full digital lifecycle for Amazon clients.
You will:
Assist in managing assigned Amazon client accounts across multiple categories
Conduct audits to identify growth opportunities and discuss insights with your manager
Shadow senior team members to learn advertising strategy, growth planning, and Amazon best practices
Follow established strategies and execute assigned deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Advertising, Catalog, Supply Chain) to ensure deadlines are met
Support listing optimization efforts (SEO/copy, A content, compliance, accuracy)
Prepare and present tailored monthly/quarterly client reports using Google Slides
Help maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and proactive communication
Meet or exceed department KPIs while continuously developing your skills
Stay current on Amazon trends, tools, and emerging best practices
Perform other duties as assigned as you grow into the role
✅ What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience
Up to two years of account management or eCommerce experience (Amazon experience preferred but not required)
Understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem (Seller Central, SEO, A , storefronts, industry trends)
Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and communicate insights clearly
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Word, deck building tools, and platforms like Asana or Helium 10
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn from mentorship and hands-on training
