Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Design
- Develops and maintains compensation philosophy and salary structure framework.
- Oversees job evaluation, market pricing, and internal equity practices.
- Leads annual compensation planning cycle.
- Designs and administers incentive programs for leadership and operational roles (excluding physicians/APPs).
- Evaluates program effectiveness and alignment with performance outcomes.
- Conducts labor market benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
- Provides compensation analytics to HR and executive leadership.
- Ensures compliance with wage and hour laws.
- Establishes and governs compensation policies and pay practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy.
- Maintains documentation and approval controls for compensation actions.
- Participates in Labor Management meetings, and represents Human Recourses and Compensation in other organizational committees/meetings.
- Direct supervision of Compensation Analysts.
- Serves as compensation subject matter expert to senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8–12 years compensation experience.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- CCP preferred.
