2 LED Lighting Assembly Workers needed immediately!

Full Time - Benefits -First Shift (6am to 2:30pm) - Air Conditioned/Clean environment - Plenty of OT available but not mandatory!

Luminii is the specification grade LED lighting manufacturer delivering a wide range highly modifiable high-performance, high-color lighting solutions.

**Candidates will review schematics of LED lighting to assembly; pick all parts and place on cart – roll over to individual work stations and begin by assembling the lighting frames. Continue the assembly by adding electronics and lighting pieces; and place back on cart to take over to QA lab. Very clean and personable environment. AIR CONDITIONED!

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Production Worker will be responsible for assembling LED light fixtures in a timely manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Measurements

• Use of hand tools for Drilling, Sanding, etc

• Use of Miter Saw for cutting Aluminum to specified lengths

• Assembling and testing of LED light fixtures

• Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions

• Adherence to company procedures and practices

• Performs other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Attention to detail and good time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment

• Basic knowledge and understanding of computers is preferred but not required

• Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Continually required to stand for long periods of time at your own workstation

• Continually required to walk

• Continually required to talk or hear

• Continually work near moving mechanical parts

• While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually loud

• Occasionally lift and /or move more than 50 pounds

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Color vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
