Location: Selma, Alabama

Luminex Autotech America is a manufacturing company speciating in SMT, PCB assembly, and assembly processes for automotive electronic components. As part of continued business expansion, we are seeking qualified entry-level and experienced professionals to join our Quality team.

Entry-Level Candidates

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with valid OPT status and EAD

· Degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred

· Must be able to communicate professionally in both Korean and English

· Interest in quality management within the automotive parts or manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

· Manage quality for SMT and PCB assembly processes

· Manage production quality for automotive electronic components

· Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections

· Analyze quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions

· Respond to customer quality issues, claims, and on-site concerns

· Manage supplier quality and continuous improvement activities

· Maintain quality management systems and related documentation

· Support internal quality audits and customer process audits

· Monitor defect rates, process capability, and key quality metrics

· Support new product development and quality stabilization during initial mass production

Qualifications

· Ability to conduct business effectively in both Korean and English

· Must be able to work in Selma, Alabama and be authorized to work in the United States

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with an automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 supplier

· Quality-related experience with Hyundai, Kia, or Hyundai Mobis

· Experience in quality management for SMT, PCB assembly, or automotive electronic components

· Experience with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management systems

· Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and 8D

· Experience supporting customer audits or process audits

· Quality-related certifications
