What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Luminessence Medi Spa?
Luminessence is looking to fill a part time position having to do with all things first impression related. This person will be the first face our clients see when they check in. This person could be the first voice our clients hear when calling our office. This person will play a vital role in keeping the Luminessence atmosphere ready for our daily guests. We are looking to find the right person to assist in providing a wonderful experience to our clients by greeting them, booking appointments, assisting clients with check out and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Other duties will include inventory maintenance, opening and closing tasks, and contributing to group operations. Having the ability to help with social media creation would be a PLUS!
