We're Hiring: Social Media Content Coordinator
Location: Stafford, TX on-site | Full-Time | Marketing & E-Commerce
Are you passionate about creating viral social content? Do you love turning trends into brand magic—and maybe even stepping in front of the camera? Join us as our Social Media Content Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life on TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms—while helping drive real business results through e-commerce and community-building.
What You'll Do:
- Create & Publish engaging short-form video, product highlights, promos, and UGC-style content across TikTok, Meta, and more.
- Drive Campaigns from concept to completion—working with influencers, internal teams, and emerging formats.
- Engage the Community by responding to comments, sourcing UGC, and turning our social pages into brand hubs.
- Stay Trend-Ready by monitoring social trends, features, and algorithm updates to optimize our performance.
- Optional On-Camera Work 🎥 Love the spotlight? There’s opportunity to be featured as on-air talent for product demos, livestreams, or branded videos—if that’s your thing!
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or influencer marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (experience with YouTube Shorts, Threads, or Pinterest is a bonus!)
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and/or Meta’s commerce features is a plus
- Strong storytelling instincts and creative flair—both behind the scenes and potentially on camera
- Proficiency in content tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
- A collaborative, enthusiastic, and self-starting attitude
Bonus If You:
- Have experience in e-commerce or social selling
- Love jumping in front of the camera to host content
- Thrive in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments
