At Luminer Wellness & Medspa, we are looking for a dynamic, bilingual, results-driven sales consultant who wants to grow with us in the aesthetics industry.

Esta posición inicia de forma remota, con posibilidad de transición a presencial en nuestra oficina en el futuro.
This position starts remotely, with the opportunity to transition to an in-office role in the future.

Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:

• Atender y dar seguimiento a leads generados por redes sociales y campañas
• Manage and follow up with leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns
• Convertir prospectos en pacientes mediante asesoría personalizada

Convert prospects into patients through personalized consultations

• Explicar tratamientos y guiar al cliente en su decisión

Explain treatments and guide clients through their decision-making processMaintain communication with clinical and administrative teamsUpdate and manage client information in the CRM systemRequisitos / Requirements:

• Mantener comunicación con el equipo clínico y administrativo
• Registrar información en el CRM
• Experiencia en ventas (preferible en estética, salud o servicios)
• Sales experience (preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or services)
• Habilidades de comunicación y cierre

Strong communication and closing skills

• Bilingüe (Español / Inglés)

Bilingual (Spanish / English)Strong organization and follow-up skillsBasic knowledge of digital tools and CRM systemsCondiciones / Compensation & Details:
