Senior Sales Engineer

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Senior Sales Engineer to join our Sales team in Sweden. In this role, you will support our customers and partners in making informed decisions. You will play a key part in expanding our presence across the Nordics and UK markets by providing technical expertise, develop strong relationships, and contribute to our growing impact in the public transport industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers during the pre-sales phase, guiding them to the right technical solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and partners in the Nordics and UK.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Bid Management teams to provide accurate technical input for quotations and proposals.
• Provide ongoing technical support to existing customers, including integration and product-related inquiries.
• Share technical insights and Public Transport industry knowledge internally to foster continuous learning and improvement.

• Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales Support, and Systems Integration.
• Strong technical background.
• Fluency in English (additional Nordic language is a plus).
• Deep understanding of technical sales processes and customer procurement lifecycles.
• Familiarity with software and hardware (IoT) solutions in public transportation industry.
• Strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and customer needs.
