This position requires occasional travel (up to 30%), including regional and occasional out-of-state travel to support state credit unions, partners engagements, industry events, and meetings. Some overnight and occasional evening or weekend travel may be required.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board and EVP of Finance to develop and manage the budget for innovation initiatives and strategic investments, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to achieve the objectives and goals of Luminate Innovations.
- Serve as a subject matter advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors on Innovation trends, implementation progress and execution risks, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Serve as key liaison for TR Group, leading strategic calls and discussions and proactively ensuring leadership remains informed of key decisions, developments, and strategic implications.
- Participate in partner calls to identify sales leads and opportunities, support partner needs, and ensure alignment with organizational revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities aligned with organizational goals and Board-approved strategic plans.
- Responsible for strengthening and growing relationships between credit unions and Innovations Strategic Partners to drive collaboration and tailored solutions.
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel promotional strategies for Luminate Innovations and strategic partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations with strategic business partners, ensure due diligence before entering into any agreements, and maintain detailed records of both initial and periodic reviews.
- Provide oversight into the development of processes that train Luminate and subsidiary staff to market Luminate Innovations products and strategically target key accounts effectively.
- Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and conferences, as appropriate.
- Oversee and provide guidance for Luminate's Annual Meeting, collaborating with the Convention team to ensure exhibitor registration and sponsorship sales and fulfillment are effectively managed.
- Provide oversight of annual surveys and periodic check-ins with credit unions to evaluate product performance, satisfaction, and opportunities for enhancements or new solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to represent Luminate/Luminate Innovations confidently, professionally, and tactfully in all interactions with members, partners, vendors, whether in person, in writing, or by telephone.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with member and non-member credit unions.
- Assist at Luminate's Annual Meeting and Convention as directed.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the financial services marketplace.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategies that improve organizational competitiveness and drive growth.
- Strong collaborative/influence skills with the ability to effectively manage and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
