As the Film & TV Content Analytics Lead, you’ll serve as the technical expert partnering with our sales team to understand customer challenges and design data-driven solutions using our full suite of Music, Film/TV, and Entertainment platforms. You’ll lead product demos, architect integrations, and ensure that technical capabilities align seamlessly with customer goals.

Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Discovery
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and uncover customer data challenges.
- Lead tailored product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) implementations that highlight the value of our platform.
- Translate business objectives into technical architectures and actionable integration strategies.
- Design and document solution architectures for data ingestion, transformation, and visualization workflows.
- Recommend best practices for data governance, scalability, and security within the platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
- Support post-sale handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding.
- Provide guidance on API integrations, ETL processes, and data modeling for customer use cases.
- Contribute to knowledge bases, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
- Stay current with trends in data infrastructure, analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Think broadly about the film industry ecosystem as it changes day to day, and how that drives changes in analytical needs
- Represent the technical voice of the customer internally to drive continuous improvement in our platform.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- 3–6 years in a Film/TV Content Analytics role, or experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant
- Domain expertise in Film, TV, or SVOD content analytics strongly preferred
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Python and familiarity with data pipelines, ETL/ELT tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to calibrate level of detail and simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic orientation - able to orient to not just the client’s immediate asks but understand the broader value opportunity and goals

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
