Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder role located in Dallas, TX. The Keyholder will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge. Key duties include assisting customers, managing retail sales transactions, and fostering a welcoming and professional store environment. Additionally, the Keyholder will oversee the opening and closing of the store and support inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive product knowledge and ability to educate clients on luxury goods and design offerings
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Retail sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Customer service skills to ensure exceptional client experiences and satisfaction
- Previous experience in enhancing the overall customer journey and in-store engagement
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine interest in luxury lifestyle and interior design
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in luxury retail, design, or customer service is a plus
- Must understand elevated luxury customer service
