This is a full-time on-site role for a Keyholder at LUMINARY's Dallas, TX location. The Keyholder will support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. You will oversee retail activities, provide knowledgeable guidance on products, manage stock levels, and collaborate with the team to maximize sales. Additionally, you will serve as a supervisor in the absence of management, ensuring efficient store operations.
- Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and a keen interest in luxury goods and design.
- Excellent Communication skills to proactively engage with clients, provide guidance, and manage inquiries.
- Proven experience in Retail Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to foster customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with reliability and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the luxury retail sector is an advantage.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and passion for luxury design and exceptional service are highly valued.
