Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations at our medspa. This position will primarily be at our Olathe location but will need the ability to cover at our other Kansas City Metro locations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and modifications
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner
• Provide detailed information about our services, products, and packages
• Assist clients with completing intake forms and paperwork
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate client appointments and treatments
• Follow established procedures for opening and closing the medspa

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
