This role is ideal for students pursuing renewable energy, electrical engineering, or related disciplines who want to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges in the energy sector. Interns will gain exposure to solar plant performance monitoring, diagnostics, and optimization strategies that support efficient and sustainable operations. Job Description 🛠 Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing solar plant operational data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Support the development of diagnostic tools and models for solar system monitoring. Collaborate with engineers to evaluate efficiency metrics, reliability indicators, and renewable integration strategies. Contribute to projects that enhance workflow automation and visualization systems for solar operations. Document findings and present project outcomes to the POC team and leadership. Will be assigned various engineering projects.　 Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Possess the ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment All other duties as assigned 🎓 Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with solar power systems, photovoltaic technology, or energy generation fundamentals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, MATLAB, C , or similar) preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Students sponsored through Optical Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) are　NOT　eligible for this internship.
