Job Summary
The position is responsible for working designated work queues in support of defined work queue achievement and service level achievement metrics.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and print documents, reports, and correspondence as needed for internal and external use.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Use computer applications to create, edit, and format business documents and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of clerical and administrative tasks.
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
- Ability to work under time deadlines
- Demonstrated skill in supporting large volume work assignments
- Experience in providing support to internal customers
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Key Metrics:
- Complete tasks in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Make decisions quickly and in support of the best outcome for the customer
- Provide input to defined business processes to identify and drive continuous improvement in support of the customer experience
This will be a part time role with an average of 16 - 18 hours weekly.
