We’re currently looking for one to two motivated and outgoing individuals to become the very first sales reps at LuminaCo Window Washing. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the owner (Carter) and help build up our client base from the ground floor.
You’ll be focused on door-to-door sales, introducing people in local neighborhoods to our premium window cleaning services and helping grow the brand in a high-demand market.

- Wednesday through Saturday
Work Hours:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
(Both shifts per day, with a midday break)
(Schedule can be more flexible if these hours don't work for you)
Days Off:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Pay Structure & Earning Potential
Commission-Based Pay:
- 25% commission on every cleaning sold
- Typical job value: $150 to $350
- Typical job value: $150 to $350
- Earn $38 on a $150 sale
- Earn $88 on a $350 sale
Realistic Daily Earnings:
- Sell just 2–5 jobs (easy average, could easily be 5-10 sales) per day and earn:
- $120 to $350/day or
- $500 to $1,500 /week working just 4 days
