- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requests.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and submit clean electronic and paper claims
- Review patient records and verify insurance eligibility
- Investigate and appeal denied or rejected claims
- Reconcile accounts receivable and post incoming payments
- Answer patient billing inquiries and set up payment plans
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
