We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA practice in Orange County on a part-time basis. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs delivering ABA services. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and collaboration with families and staff.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Perform all initial assessments in person (required)
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in implementation of ABA programs
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and clinical review
- Ensure treatment integrity and compliance with Medi-Cal and insurance guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and case collaboration
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Current BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, FBA, and behavior intervention planning
- Ability to travel within Orange County for in-home sessions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Medi-Cal or insurance-based ABA services is a plus
- Part-time position (flexible hours)
- Primarily weekday availability preferred
