Estimator I
Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is Colorado's industry leader in traffic signal construction and maintenance, as well as Intelligent Traffic Systems deployment. We are a strong and stable company that has been in business for over 35 years with over 250 employees and projects that vary in size up to $10 million. Reporting to the Arvada Branch, the Estimator position will assist with competitive bids, proposals, estimates, and budgets.
Assist in the following:
- Overall preconstruction process.
- Capable of performing estimating tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Electrical experience a plus.
- Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
- Communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 $130,000 per year
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
