In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting our marketing, growth, and patient communications across various channels.If you thrive in a startup environment, understand conversion psychology, and can adapt your tone to resonate with different audiences (patients, leads, partners), we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities● Write and edit marketing copy for:○ Email & SMS campaigns○ Landing pages and website content○ Paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)○ Social media captions and short-form content● Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team on exciting campaigns and launches● Adapt copy to different tones (educational, supportive, conversion-focused) to best connect with our audience● Ensure our messaging aligns with our brand voice and compliance standards● Revise copy based on performance data and feedback to continuously improve● Occasionally assist with patient-facing or internal communications to support our teamRequirements● Proven experience as a copywriter (healthcare, telehealth, or DTC is a plus)● A strong understanding of conversion-focused writing● Excellent command of English grammar, clarity, and tone● Ability to follow brand voice and compliance guidelines● Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines● Experience writing email/SMS copy is highly preferredNice to Have● Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries● Familiarity with telehealth or weight-management audiences● Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, A/B testing)How to ApplyIf this role sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
