Lumii is a compassionate, family-centered ABA practice serving young children and their families in Central Texas. We’re growing and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to do meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children (primarily ages 2–8) in home and community settings
- Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate data and collaborate with your supervising BCBA and Co-RBTs
- Build positive, trusting relationships with team members, our children and caregivers
- Use assent-based, compassionate approaches in everyday practice.
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- High school diploma or higher
- Reliable transportation & willingness to drive locally
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Experience with young children preferred (ABA, childcare, teaching, or similar)
- Be able to pass background checks
- Hold or willing to get CPR certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
