We’re seeking a proven, process-oriented VP of Sales to lead Lumida’s growth as Lumida scales its digital marketing and events operations.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue, sales training and operations, and sales enablement, and CRM management.
You will work directly with the CEO, Marketing, and Client Service teams to design and execute Lumida’s sales strategy.
The immediate focus is on building an inside sales team to convert significant inflow of in-bound marketing leads.

- A seasoned sales leader with Enterprise SaaS experience that would be responsible for growing and coaching the sales team, revenue operations and sales enablement.
- Team leader and hands-on — able to design the plan and drive execution daily with regular coaching and sales call reviews.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful — thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- Highly competitive, goal oriented, athletic mindset, and high standards.
- Design and execute sales strategy to convert in-bound marketing campaign leads into Lumida clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders to plan and design digital marketing campaigns designed for conversion.
- Coach and develop the sales team through call reviews and ongoing mentorship.
- Create sales playbooks, tools, and enablement programs to improve effectiveness.
- Manage CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
- Strong sales process mindset and writing and scripting skills.
- Represent Lumida at events, conferences, and private client gatherings.
- 7 years in enterprise sales leadership at a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to learn alternatives, private markets, and digital assets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (CFP preferred).
- Experience and success as an Account Executive or Sales Leader
- Willingness to get a Series 65 license
