  • A seasoned, top-decile sales leader in wealth management or private banking, with a proven ability to close complex, multi-million-dollar relationships
  • Highly polished, charismatic, and trusted by HNW and UHNW clients — you know how to navigate sensitive, high-stakes conversations with grace
  • A confident presenter with executive presence — comfortable on stage, in high-stakes rooms, or hosting elite events
  • Deeply fluent in wealth management, estate planning, and esoteric investments (e.g., private credit, alternatives, collectibles) — and skilled at explaining them in a clear, compelling, and accessible way
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on, energized by building something from the ground up and scaling it alongside a visionary CEO
  • A trusted mentor and team builder who elevates others while maintaining exacting standards


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Relationship Manager: Our CEO has great business relationships, Your role is to own and grow these relationships, serving as a trusted, credible, and proactive point of contact.
  • Lead Strategic Sales & Relationship Growth: Close multi-million-dollar advisory deals. Build trust with sophisticated investors. Drive Lumida’s revenue engine while delivering an elite client experience.
  • Travel, Speak, and Represent Lumida: Attend and speak at top-tier wealth conferences, organize private events, and activate leads through in-person relationships. You must be comfortable on stage and in rooms where reputations are earned.
  • Host Dinners and Private Summits: Curate and host strategic, high-touch events — roundtables, panels, and exclusive gatherings — to convert and nurture top-tier leads.
  • Coach, Manage and Scale the Advisor Team: Recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of advisors aged 30–45 with domain expertise in estate, trust, and tax strategy. Lead performance reviews and enforce Lumida's standards.
  • Build the Sales Machine: Design and refine scalable sales and service workflows. Optimize usage of CRM, eMoney, and content engines to deliver consistent, high-impact engagement.
  • Ensure Seamless Client Service: Step in during advisor transitions, support top clients directly when needed, and ensure Lumida maintains its high standard of white-glove service.
  • Improve Process and Operational Rigor: Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement systems that support scale, compliance, and elite client delivery.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5 –7 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking
  • At least 3 years managing financial advisors or senior client service professionals
  • Strong grasp of esoteric investments (e.g., alternatives, collectibles, crypto, private markets), and ability to explain complex ideas simply and persuasively
  • Experience closing high-value clients ($5M AUM) and building trust with sophisticated investors
  • Proven experience organizing, speaking at, or leading high-touch events and conferences
  • Expertise in tax optimization strategies, trust structures, 529 planning, and generational wealth planning
  • Experience managing or preparing for hybrid/remote advisor teams
  • Strong understanding and background in wealth management


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
  • CFP (prefferable)
  • Series 65, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Strong command of eMoney, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce or Wealthbox), and financial modeling/reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel frequently and act as Lumida’s representative at conferences, client meetings, and hosted events
