Recruitment Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: $42,500 base commission (OTE $70,000-$85,000 )

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. You’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business. We have a history of student-athletes performing very well here and growing in the company. The discipline and drive from being a student-athlete translate very well to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you)
- Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
- Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
- Monitor activity, placements, and revenue performance to maximize results and earnings.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve team goals and celebrate shared success.
- Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out
- Put simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals, make money.
