The Role
This is a true 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from business development through candidate placement. You will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships and partnering with companies to help them hire top talent across highly specialized markets.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position that combines sales, business development, relationship management, recruiting, negotiation, & market intelligence. I am hiring for our Direct Hire/Executive Search teams
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Build partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers across technical industries
- Understand client hiring needs and consult on talent strategy and market trends
- Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements
Candidate Recruitment
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Manage the interview process between clients and candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews and offer stages
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships
Account Management
- Manage client expectations and communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback
- Negotiate compensation packages and close offers
- Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience
Market Specialization
- Become an expert within your assigned technical market
- Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity
- Build a strong pipeline of talent and client relationships within your niche
