Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop new beverage recipes and assist with menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; reorder stock as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods, including banquet or catering setups.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits.
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy hours.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a lively environment.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation.
- Previous fine dining or hospitality industry experience preferred; bartending or bar management experience is a plus.

- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
