Full-Time Patient Service Representative
Location:
12021 Pennsylvania St., Suite 106
Thornton, CO 80241
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
What You'll Do

Greet and check patients in and out

Schedule imaging appointments

Answer incoming phone calls

Verify insurance and assist with authorizations

Enter and update patient information accurately

Communicate with the billing team as needed

Process medical records and other office paperwork

Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and referring offices
What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
-
Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Basic computer skills and attention to detail

Able to multitask and stay organized
