Job Summary
Lumentra AI LLC is seeking driven and self-motivated Sales Representatives to expand our technology solutions business across the USA market. In this commission-based role, you will connect businesses with cutting-edge security and communication tools — including CCTV surveillance systems, IP phone systems, IT infrastructure, Internet, low voltage cabling, Wi-Fi solutions, hotel management systems, and AI-powered chatbots with CRM. Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across the USA
- Sell our portfolio of technology products and solutions
- Conduct sales presentations over phone, Zoom/Google Meet, and in person
- Build strong relationships with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline
- Close multiple deals per month and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client communications
- Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and convert leads into long-term clients
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
- Experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or security solutions is a plus
- Confident, outgoing, and highly self-motivated personality
- Excellent communication skills — phone, email, video, and in person
- Ability to quickly learn and present technical products to non-technical buyers
- Strong follow-up discipline and closing ability
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable working independently as a remote/field-based agent
