A respected regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing Wilmington, Delaware office.
This role is ideal for an attorney with experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes and a strong background litigating matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Experience handling complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution
- Demonstrated litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple matters
- Active admission to the Delaware Bar is required
Compensation
- Salary Range: $205,000–$225,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
