Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL (required).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.
- Work extensively with SQL Server to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Analyze data quality, metadata, and data standardization requirements to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Create, maintain, and enhance operational and management reports.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for reporting issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
- Support data governance and standardization initiatives across reporting platforms.
- Document reporting processes, data definitions, and business rules.
- Experience with data standardization, data quality management, and metadata analysis.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims and eligibility data.
- Experience supporting reporting and analytics functions within healthcare organizations.
