We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead the development and expansion of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and advanced analytics solutions across the enterprise. This role will focus heavily on provider data accuracy, provider data governance, and provider data interactions with claims and claims platforms within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with leadership teams to resolve provider data issues, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making using advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques. This position requires expertise in healthcare data ecosystems, specifically involving Provider Data, Claims Platforms, Salesforce, and Facets. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills and experience collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

- Develop and implement AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions.
- Analyze provider data and improve interactions with claims and claims platforms.
- Perform data mining, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- Present insights and reporting to leadership and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable data science solutions.
- Lead ML/AI best practices and mentor junior data scientists.
- Collaborate with remote and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8 years of Data Science / ML experience.
- Strong healthcare industry experience.
