Key Responsibilities
- Discover and analyze current-state business processes across healthcare insurance operations.
- Design and document end-to-end business workflows and processes.
- Perform current-state and future-state process analysis.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend practical process improvement and optimization strategies.
- Develop enterprise-level process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate discussions and working sessions with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to process changes and transformation initiatives.
- Connect processes across functional areas and identify cross-functional impacts.
- Collaborate with business and operational teams to establish consistent process definitions.
- Communicate complex processes clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Independently manage assigned process analysis and documentation activities with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of overall professional experience.
- 46 years of experience specifically as a Business Process Consultant, Business Architect, or similar process-focused role.
- Strong enterprise-level Business Process Management (BPM) experience.
- Demonstrated experience with process discovery, definition, documentation, mapping, and improvement.
- Strong experience creating end-to-end process documentation and workflow maps.
- Healthcare Insurance / Health Insurance experience is mandatory.
- Experience working across multiple business departments and functional areas.
- Ability to independently facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to understand complex business operations and translate them into structured processes.
