What You'll Do
You're the heartbeat of our office — you make patients feel welcome the moment they walk in while keeping operations running smoothly. Your daily impact includes:
- Patient advocacy: Greet every patient with a warm, professional welcome in English and Spanish, setting a positive tone for their visit
- Scheduling: Answer calls, book appointments, and manage the daily clinic calendar
- Financial coordination: Verify insurance coverage and help patients understand their billing and treatment plans
- Records management: Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient files and digital records
- Collaboration: Partner with dental assistants and hygienists to keep patient flow and transitions on time
- Office support: Handle emails, filing, and office supply inventory
What You Bring
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish — reading, writing, and speaking — is required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's a plus)
- Experience: Proven success in a front-desk or high-touch customer service role; dental or medical office experience is a strong plus
- Tech skills: Comfortable learning dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental) and Microsoft Office
- Soft skills: A master multitasker who stays calm and professional under pressure
- Availability to work Saturdays (our offices are open 7 days a week)
