We are growing and looking for a motivated hungry, professional relationship-builder for the role of Outside Sales / Business Development Representative who knows hows to open doors, start conversations, and generate real qualified commercial opportunities. This is a B2B sales role.

What This Role Is

This is not a passive sales role.

This is a hunter position for someone who enjoys prospecting, creating relationships from scratch, identifying decision-makers, and getting in front of the right people.

Your job is to help generate new business opportunities by:

  • identifying strong-fit prospects
  • reaching out through phone, email, and selective in-person visits
  • connecting with property managers, business owners, developers, and operations leaders
  • uncovering interest and pain points
  • booking meetings for leadership
  • helping build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities

Primary Markets

You will primarily focus on outreach to:

  • office / business parks
  • warehouse and light industrial properties
  • apartment communities
  • commercial centers and retail properties at the management level
  • homeowners associations and developing neighborhoods
  • churches and other community/religious properties when strategically appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new commercial accounts through outbound calls, emails, and field visits
  • Research and identify decision-makers at target properties and organizations
  • Build and maintain organized lead lists and outreach notes
  • Set qualified appointments for leadership and closing conversations
  • Conduct selective in-person visits to target properties and management offices
  • Follow up consistently with prospects who show interest
  • Gather useful site and operational details before proposal development
  • Help maintain sales pipeline activity and reporting
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and in all communications

  • Reliable transportation for field prospecting
  • Sales, business development, property management, security, or service-industry experience is a plus, but not required if you are the right fit

Success in this role is measured by activity and pipeline generation, including:

  • booked meetings
  • proposal opportunities generated
  • new recurring contracts opened through your efforts

Compensation

Target earnings for this role may range from $36,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on structure, performance, and revenue generated. Compensation structure may include a hybrid package with performance-based incentives, bonuses, and long-term residual commission opportunities tied to recurring client revenue.
