An HVAC/R Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician repairs various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. .
Essential Function
Monday
- Filter changes on indoor and outdoor units
- Inspection of units for proper functions / operations
- Trending failures and repairs for future problem solving.
- Cleaning coils on chillers and all refrigeration units.
- Organizing all parts and filters for all units both facilities
- Ensuring all spaces including flower rooms are hitting
tolerances set by facility management
- Setting up all preventive maintenance schedules

Lume Cannabis has strict safety protocols in place to prevent injury. This includes wearing protective gear such as gloves, masks, and goggles, as well as following proper handling procedures for equipment and chemicals.
Lifting Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance or mechanical aid.
- Frequent bending and stooping to handle items, with the ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Repetitive lifting of up to 25 pounds is expected throughout the workday.
